Tinutuan or may be called Manado Porridge is a food typical of terknal in North Sulawesi area so the city also got a nickname for the city Tinutuan .. This food is made from rice, corn, water, salt, red sweet potatoes, pumpkins, cassava, spinach, kale, leaves of lemon grass, turmeric, scallions and kemangi.Biasanya food served with fried salted fish Jambal, tofu, tempeh and chili paste .

Snafu means Tinutuan own or mixed in the local language. This is because the pulp is made from a variety of Manado bahan.Bubur contain many nutrients and fiber are good for digestion and health. The pulp is usually served for breakfast.
