Remo Dance
Remo Dance is a welcome dance from Jombang, East Java, which describes the dynamic kharakter Society Surabaya / East Java is packaged as a picture of the courage of a prince, dance accompanied by gamelan music in one of gising bonang saron, xylophone, gender, slentem, siter, flute, percussion, kenong, kempul and gongs and rhythm slendro.Remo dance rhythms usually use Jula-juli gising Suroboyo tropongan, sometimes followed by walang chortle, Gedong dynamic, krucilan or other new creations.
Usually this dance is often danced separately as a state reception for guests, danced in state ceremonies, as well as in local arts festivals.
